Returns and Exchanges Policy

At IPS, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and a positive buying experience. We offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
• Certain items, such as replacement valve, pumps & heat exchangers are not eligible for return. 

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our customer service team via below contact form to request a return authorization.
2. Provide your order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for the return.
3. Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to return the product.
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds and Exchanges

• After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to process.
• If you are exchanging an item, we will send out the replacement as soon as the returned product is received.
