Returns and Exchanges Policy
At IPS, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and a positive buying experience. We offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
- Certain items, such as replacement valve, pumps & heat exchangers are not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team via below contact form to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to return the product.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds and Exchanges
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to process.
- If you are exchanging an item, we will send out the replacement as soon as the returned product is received.
